Double Dutch Jump Rope Fitness Class: Ages 5+If you've ever jumped rope as a kid, it probably never crossed your mind that you were burning calories, toning muscles, and improving your cardiovascular endurance. During this class, participants will jump rope, perform jumping jacks, push-ups, and jump squats in between the whirring strands. Double Dutch jump rope teaches sportsmanship, confidence, patience, leadership skills, performance skills, and most of all you will have fun! This class is brought to you through a collaboration with Strive 2 Fitness and taught by instructor Alex Rucker.
