Join Skate St. Louis for an instruction-based inline skating program. Skate St. Louis will help participants advance during the course from learning basic maneuvers and balance to weaving through obstacles and preparing for any skating environment. Outline of Skills taught: Stand and sit, balance and stability, push offs and basic stops, clockwise and counter clockwise turns, weaving obstacles, backwards skating, downhill training, step ups and step downs, and general speed and agility work. Participants must provide their own helmet.
