Introduction To Martial Arts w/Finney's All N 1 Fitness

Winter-Spring 2026

Learn various forms of Martial Arts and Self-Defense. Class will include boxing, kickboxing, self-defense, and wrestling techniques. Goals of this class are to teach discipline, respect, and build self-confidence. Must provide own boxing/MMA gloves or can be purchased on-site for $25.00. Led by a certified trainer from Finney's All N 1 Fitness and MMA.
