  • Pre-Team/Team: Tryout Required

    Team Build your skills and gain confidence through competitive gymnastics! Team primarily operates year-round. Practice fees are paid monthly August-June and include your AAU membership. Any meet fees or apparel will be separate. Competition apparel must be purchased at the start of the fall. Registration for July practices will be available in February with the release of our Summer Catalog. Teams typically compete in at least 6 area meets.   • Rolling Rhinos: Ages 5-14

    Welcome to gymnastics! These beginner level programs cover core skills, flexibility, strength, rolls, cartwheels, pullovers, and so much more! Building a strong foundation is important and this class will allow children to move at their own pace through their gymnastics experience. For those who are committed to gymnastics and those who just want to give it a try, this is the place to start. At the end of each session your child will receive their accomplishment list. If your child has achieved all their skills they can continue on to the next stage.
  • Saint Louis Chess Club Summer Camps: Grades 1-6

    Chess camps are the perfect way for new players to learn the game or for established players to deepen their understanding of the game. Aspiring top tier players can take on some intensive instruction. Trained chess club instructors provide daily lessons, puzzles and play to help guide students through each lesson. Instruction offers a solid basic foundation, emphasizing the fundamental skills needed to begin a lifetime of learning in chess including proper piece and board set-up, algebraic notation (chess language), and principles of play. Offered in partnership with the Saint Louis Chess Club.
  • Scott Gallagher Soccer Camp Grades 1-8

    Love soccer? Ready to take your game to the next level, while having fun? Improve your skills and abilities by learning proper technique, and participating in individual and team skills building. Campers will receive a t-shirt. Your child will need to wear shin guards, socks, soccer cleats or athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. Offered in partnership with St. Louis Scott Gallagher Soccer Club.
  • Skyhawks Cheerleading Camp

    Participants will learn basic motions, jumps, and chants/cheers. They will also work on tumbling, conditioning and stunts. Camper must bring own snacks, sack lunch (no refrigeration available) and water bottle. This new cheer camp will be offered in partnership with Skyhawks Sports.

    Skyhawks Flag Football Camp: Ages 7-12

    Experience the excitement of football with Skyhawks Flag Football Fueled by USA Football. Using a curriculum developed by the experts from USA Football, coaches will teach skills like passing receiving, kicking and flag pulling. Participants will gain confidence and learn important life lessons in a fun, positive environment. Offered in partnership with Skyhawks Sports Academy.

    Summer Games Track & Field Camp

    Gain knowledge and experience while learning body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques. Events include the javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and running events. Offered in partnership with Skyhawks Sports Academy.
  • Team Tryouts

    Tryouts are open to athletes over the age of 5 who have been though Intermediate level gymnastics. Testing will include evaluations on every apparatus. Athletes will be placed onto one of our competitive levels - Level 1,2, Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. Or our non competitive Pre-Team.   • Tumbling Tigers: Ages 5-14

    Welcome to gymnastics! These beginner level 2 programs will master cartwheels, rolls, skills on high beam, as well as bar and vault skills! At the end of each session your child will receive their accomplishment list. If your child has achieved all their skills they can continue on to our next level in our gymnastics programs.
  • Video Production: Grades 3-7

    Lights, Camera, Action! Enjoy hands-on experience to learn the basics of video production and bring imagination to life! In this camp we will cover script writing, creating special effects, basic editing, and how to operate production equipment! This class is taught by Michelle Brown, owner of Michizzle Productions.
  • World of Sports: Grades 2-8

    Just want to play sports? This program will allow you to experience a wide variety of sports. Some sports include but are not limited to basketball, soccer, floor hockey, and dodgeball. This camp is taught by PE teacher, Scott Mulvaney.
  • Youth Beginner Golf: Level 1

    Golf is a sport for all ages and skill levels. Classes will cover all aspects of driving, chipping, pitching and putting to introduce you to the lifetime sport of golf. Required bucket of balls available for separate rental fee. Taught by certified golf coaches with St. Louis Golf Lessons.
  • Youth Beginner Golf: Level 2

    Session available only for those who have shown understanding and successfully completed Beginner Level 1. Beginner Level 2 builds on and improves driving, chipping, pitching and putting skills learned in Session 1. The short game area will be introduced in this session as well. Required bucket of balls available for separate rental fee. Taught by certified golf coaches with St. Louis Golf Lessons.
  • Youth Golf Clinic: Next Step Golf Academy

    Hit the links and learn the game of a lifetime. Develop the foundation for a good golf swing, plus a focus on putting and chipping. Personal golf clubs not required, but recommended. Space is limited! Offered in partnership with Next Step Golf Academy at Tapawingo National Golf Club.
  • Youth Jiu-Jitsu w/ Finney's

    There is a time and a place for martial arts training. The program integrates: self-defense techniques, conditioning and skill orientated games aiming to improve your child’s motor skills, agility and flexibility. Led by a certified trainer from Finney’s All N 1 Fitness and MMA.
  • Youth Tennis Classes

    Ace your game! Levels designed with US Tennis Association to offer players the chance to develop needed skills. All classes are offered in partnership with Vetta Sunset Tennis. 8U: Ages 4-7 This class revolves entirely around having FUN, developing hand/eye coordination, and introducing basic stroke fundamentals. Proper rallying and serving aspects are explored while students are exposed to the basic rules of the game. Players will be divided into groups based on experience. 12U: Ages 8-12 This class encourages students to rally in a controlled fashion while learning the basics of score keeping and there is an introduction to more strategy based drills. Singles and doubles are introduced as players can begin to play actual points on the age appropriate shortened courts. Players will be divided into groups based on experience. Developmental: Ages 13-18 (Middle/High School Tennis) This class is built especially for middle school and high school players interested in tennis. Drills are predominantly live ball (situational drills where students feed) and strategy oriented. Players will be divided into groups based on experience.
