Cheerleading teaches athletes about leadership, teamwork, and helps build self-confidence.  Participants will learn basic motions, jumps, and chants/cheers.  They will also work on tumbling, stunts and conditioning.  Athletes must have been through Beginner Jr Cheer or have previous cheer experience before advancing to Intermediate Cheer level.
