Clinics are a one off event that specialize in one or two skills!
Gymnastics team members have the opportunity to compete their way to the podium by participating in our Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) meets throughout the year. You will show your skills with your routine and wow the judges as you travel around the region to compete. Athletes are required to compete in 4 meets.
