Lindbergh Community Ed and Rec

Please join us on 5/30 at 9:00 a.m. in the Lindbergh Central Office ****** Room, for a coaching discussion led by Bill Bommarito from Coaching Coaches, and Jessica Spencer, PT, DPT, COMT from SSM Physical Therapy.  The topics will range from pre-season planning, to end of season reviews, and some helpful hints to keep your player free from injury.  The class is free, but we would prefer that you enroll via the Eleyo system so that we can plan the proper space.  Community Ed & Rec Supervisors Kara Wiehage and Richard Breeding will also join in the discussion to add some real world scenarios to the discussion.  The goal is to have this be an open format, so the discussion will flow freely.
